My anticipated French Riviera trip has changed a little- Sadly, the bf will not be joining me (*Tear). Suddenly, the idea of running in pretty lavender fields, in lovely little dresses doesn’t sound so appealing sans him. I’ve since customized my itinerary to me like things and cities. My sister happens to be in London during my European adventure, and so we’ve planned to spend a few days in London together. Barcelona will follow, and then Nice, France. I can’t wait!
I’ve just returned from a chilly May long weekend in Tobermory, Ontario. The bf and I joined our friends for a weekend of hiking, hot tubing and soaring-winds. Now I’ve got comfy clothes on the brain!

… I am officially going to be in France from July 11th to the 26th- After some extensive e-ticket searches I have found a return ticket on Air Canada for $991 all inclusive. It’s depressing to think I could have done this trip for half the price five years ago! Nonetheless, I am beyond excited and have started my search for the perfect spots to experience life comme une vraie parisienne.
I’ve been carefully accumulating a list of things-to-do in Paris- Le Centre Pompidou comes highly recommended, and is definitely on my must-see list!

Tonight concludes the 2009 edition of the Hot Docs Festival in Toronto- which apparently happens to be the largest documentary festival in North America.
