I’ve got a serious case of the end-of-summer blues. It doesn’t help, I’m sure, that Mercury is in retrograde and blocking my Jupiter dependency. Apparently I’ve only got a few more weeks of this before I can regain some sense of sanity.
Until then though, I just might find myself in one of these apartments on a whim. Paris is always the answer, isn’t it?

I saw this beautiful converted church on Apartment Therapy. The light is incredible, I’d love a place like this! Check out Light Locations for more of these beautiful homes.

Lately, I’ve been dreaming more then usual. The idea of finding the perfect living space to renovate and decorate is increasingly calling my name. I especially love the idea of converting a large factory loft into a beautiful living space.
Ochs Design designed this gorgeous artist studio in Williamsburg. I happened to be staying in the Brooklyn neighborhood just two weeks ago, and Williamsburg is an absolute gem.

I’m incredibly anxious to have my own space- a place where I can entertain outdoors! I’m thinking a nice patio, with flowers and plants, herbs and candles. Martha Stewart has some great ideas, but this lovely space just below is perfect for romantic campfires all Summer long.

Shoot Factory showcases some lovely homes across the world- I’m especially enamored with the Villa Ludovica. The house used to be a convent, and dates back to the 17th century.
